Employment/Real Estate Administrative Assistant The candidate must have supporting attorneys and paralegals by creating, proofing, editing, revising, and printing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents; conferring with clients; maintaining calendars; and managing files. An Associate's degree preferred and 3-6 years of experience in a professional services environment is required. Should be multi-task oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment. Should be able to type 65 wpm and possess strong grammar and punctuation skills.
