Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation and administrative law practice both in federal and California courts with an emphasis on electronic case management including e-discovery and e-filing.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 4 years California and federal litigation experience. Prior experience with general civil litigation and appellate actions; construction litigation and administrative record experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Superior knowledge of state and federal court rules. Certificate from an ABA approved program, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Extensive experience with the following software applications: Concordance, File management using Windows Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Professional, FileSite or similar document management application, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
