WMA Contracts Coordinator Candidate will initiate provider employment agreements; revisions and amendments to existing agreements; and termination of agreements under the direction of WMA senior leadership, Legal Counsel, and the Human Resources Department. Develops and utilizes templates under the guidance and approval of the WMA senior leadership, Human Resources and Legal Counsel. Utilizes various contract templates and compensation models as directed by WMA President. Reviews and maintains employment agreements and assists in ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Ensures that the language is clear, understandable and concise, and questions experts to ensure the terms match WMA intent. Follows organization's contractual approval process in advance of all contracts being fully executed. Acts as a liaison with legal / compliance / human resources to ensure that all agreements are reviewed and approved as necessary and appropriate. Submits copy of the fully executed provider employment agreement to Human Resources for the personnel file. Responds to provider employment agreement questions regarding obligations, compensation and revisions in conjunction with WMA Administration. Maintains provide files. Works closely with Human Resources to remain current on immigration needs for providers. Maintains an up to date and accurate provider listing which is distributed monthly. Develops drafts and coordinates all mass communication provider letters. Takes the lead on the development of the quarterly WMA provider fliers and annual WMA pictorial directory. Coordinate centralized mailing of certified dismissal letters in Epic, ensuring final delivery receipts are forwarded to the appropriate office for scanning into Epic. Other communication and other projects as assigned. Obtain and maintain up to date Notary license. Work in coordination with Recruiting, HR, and Operations to successfully support onboarding of new providers in a seamless and successful manner. Prioritize drafting and tracking of contracts in process to achieve business objectives. Ensures collaborative practice agreements are executed when nurse practitioners and physician assistants join. Communicates the necessary changing state requirements to advanced practitioners. Will be responsible for community benefits reporting. Responsible for drafting, obtaining legal approval and tracking independent contract agreements for WHS to ensure compliance with Stark and other regulatory requirements. Responsible for payment of license, DEA renewals and privilege tax for Tennessee of contracted providers.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate with a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Paralegal certificate is needed. 2-4 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
