Contracts Manager Duties : The candidate shall be assisting the legal team with the preparation and administration of a large volume of franchising agreements and related contracts for existing and potential franchisees. This position requires the ability to work independently within established parameters while providing timely and thorough communication with departmental, cross-functional and sales teams. Prepare franchising documents and related contracts for existing and potential franchisees with limited supervision.Research contract language and seek guidance on complex terms and conditions from Senior Contracts Managers.Prepare and track progression of return responses for franchising documents and related contracts. Update and maintain electronic and paper document files in accordance with the Company’s record retention policy. Update the franchise database with all new agreements, amendments and other necessary changes. Assist with the sending of correspondence associated with legal issues related to franchisees.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidates shall have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. 1+ years of experience as an Administrator, Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Contracts Manager. Experience with contract drafting, review and negotiation preferred. Detailed-oriented with an analytical mind. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients. Highly organized self-starter with the ability to coordinate and follow-up on multiple priorities, while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines. Excellent administrative, organizational and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Prior experience with Salesforce and/or iManage document systems preferred.
