Legal Secretary The candidate must have experience in some/all of the following areas: Commercial Transactions; Mergers & Acquisitions; Corporate Taxation; Private Equity and Venture Capital; Business Succession Planning; and General Corporate Law including Secretary of State Filings. Must possess excellent computer skills, have a strong work ethic, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent compensation and benefits. 3-5 years of legal experience. Must have high energy and a positive, can-do attitude. Must have keen attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assignments. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have ability to work in a team-oriented, service focused environment and to handle stressful situations in a calm, composed manner. Must have ability and willingness to learn new programs and program updates. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have ability to follow client confidentiality guidelines. Must have general computer knowledge including, Word, Outlook and Excel.
