Manager - Contract Admin Duties : Supports company Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, Supply Chain personnel. Works closely with Supply Chain, Legal and Risk. Develop and apply clear understanding of processes, procedures, risk mitigation, terms and conditions and solid negotiation strategies utilized in hospital supply chain management. Participate in and lead negotiations. Lead projects with relevant business stakeholders in close collaboration with Value Analysis to enhance company contract compliance in a highly regulated and constantly changing health care environment.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: The candidate should have a College degree preferred but not required in business administration or a related field. Paralegal preferred. Healthcare experience needed. 5-7 years relevant work experience. Strategic Sourcing/Healthcare Purchasing Management Contract Administration – preferably in Healthcare Hospital Supply Chain Management Group Purchasing Organization Exposure Project coordination/management utilizing a structured methodology Financial Analytics and Presentation Problem analysis and resolution.
