Qualifications: 2-5 years patent prosecution experience. Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to multitask while working independently. Familiar with both Mac OS and Windows. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel in particular) and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software products. Ability to communicate in an effective and friendly manner with clients, attorneys, foreign associates, and government offices. Domestic and Foreign Patent Knowledge. Familiarity with USPTO systems including PAIR, EFS, and EPAS. Knowledge of US and PCT patent rules and procedures, and the ability to find applicable rules when new issues arise.
