Trust Settlement Assistant II Duties: Provides administrative support to Trust Settlement Officers, Team Leader, and National Executive. Works independently, but closely, with Trust Settlement Officers and Team Leader to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of services to clients. Coordinates information and activities with external partners (Attorneys, CPAs, and Fiduciary Accountants) and internal partners (Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, etc.) as needed. May act as a point of contact to clients and external partners as a backup for the Trust Settlement Officers. Responsible for typical routine administrative duties such as account maintenance, PACE transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, telephone calling, and writing routine letters/e-mails. May be asked by the Team Leader or National Executive to participate in projects, to maintain Trust Settlement database and reports, and to conduct research on previously closed accounts.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal training and BS/BA or equivalent experience helpful. Non-licensed associate. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products required. Ability to learn and apply new technology and computer systems required. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is a necessity. Works well as an individual contributor as well as a member of a team.
