Electronics Patent Agent The candidate should have 1-3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to join the Intellectual Property Department, Electronics Practice Group. A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a related field is required. Must have major law firm and/or industry experience, including significant programming with one or more different languages and development environments, and will have worked with one or more of the following: big data related databases, processing algorithms and analytics tools, computer programming with memory management and/or web based service APIs, database management and applications, mobile application development, TCP/IP network programming and optimization, virtualization software and data center infrastructure software and cloud based technologies. Admission before the USPTO is desired.
