Patent Agent The candidate will join the patent practice. Any attorney candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin State Bar. Agent applicant must be registered to practice before the Patent Office. Qualified candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and have strong patent prosecution skills. Should have 1-4 years of experience. The candidate preferably has experience with mechanical and electromechanical technologies and related software applications. Strong legal writing and research skills, top academics and law firm experience required.
