Conveyancing Paralegal The candidate will be involved with managing own files from instruction to finish. Will be required to liaise with clients in a professional manner; perform searches; type letters and relevant correspondence; arrange settlements; prepare settlement figures; and general file management duties.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 2+ years of A-Z conveyancing experience. Excellent communication and client management skills are required. Should also have strong time management, organisation skills, and the ability to multitask and be able work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
