Project Assistant The candidate will provide administrative and legal support to a busy corporate practice group. Duties include: Research, review, and organize factual and background information. Assist with the gathering, review, and analysis of documents. Prepare spreadsheets to assist with the analysis of data. Prepare and organize trial exhibits, case notebooks and case rooms. Proofread, photocopy and scan legal documents. And assist with scheduling and coordination of depositions, including arranging for court reporters and service of subpoenas. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and possess excellent writing, communication, and proofreading skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, attention to details and advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and conducting Internet research are required. Paralegal Certificate from an accredited ABA program is preferred. Overtime/Travel flexibility is required.
