Paralegal Responsibilities : The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, preparing documents, forms, communication with clients, banks, town officials and probate courts, drafting correspondence and probate forms, wills, powers of attorney, etc.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate should have a paralegal certification and 0-3 years’ experience in real estate and probate/estates law. Candidate must possess excellent communication and telephone skills. Prior experience with CATIC or other title insurance software preferred.
