Litigation Paralegal Duties: The candidate oversees cases by managing files and documents; coordinating with clients, opposing law firms and courts; managing schedules and deadlines. Prepares legal documents. Files legal documents in both federal and state courts. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate shall have knowledge of legal compliance, research skills, ability to analyze information, a self starter, a high level of administrative and legal acumen, superior organization and communication skills, ability to develop and maintain client relationships, strict confidentiality standards, knowledge of e-discovery, federal and state legal processes and filing procedures. Should have 5 years of a Paralegal experience.
