Contracts Administrator The candidate’s function shall be to administer, track, assist in contract negotiations and maintain all company contracts and shall provide administrative and clerical support to the Legal Department. Administer, track, and maintain all company contracts related in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in contractual negotiations as directed. Maintain the company’s contract software/database Contract Advantage. Assist in all areas of contract administration as directed including but not limited to filing, record keeping administration and the Contract Management HOS Net site. Assist in the preparation of ongoing training materials for all business units related to vendor contracts. Assist in the preparation and implementation of the legal department’s Business Continuity Plan. Create Power Point presentations as directed for the legal department. Additional clerical duties as directed, including but not limited to drafting, typing and copying, filing and file management. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; College degree is preferred. 1 – 2 years of related experience and/or training required. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Ability to read and interpret written information and write letters required.
