Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Reception duties and providing legal and administrative support to the attorneys in the office. Will also handle court filings and related duties, and be involved in research on multiple cases and projects. Provide general clerical support for the office, including receptionist duties, answering phones, greeting visitors, word processing, proofreading and editing written materials, booking travel, preparing expense reports and filing. Provide legal support, including research, court filings and other associated tasks. Respond to public inquiries.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Prior legal assistant or law office experience preferred. Documented environmental interest or experience preferred. Ability to work closely and professionally with a team of attorneys and other administrative staff, and also the ability to work independently. Must be flexible, proactive, very well organized, and able to work efficiently under strict deadlines. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented.
