Contracts Administrator The candidate will provide professional assistance to in-house lawyers and others within SS&C. Position will also work independently to draft and negotiate fund administration services contracts and related amendments. Responsibilities: Working independently in drafting and negotiating legal documents, including fund services, software license, vendor and other contracts and various amendments with respect to the foregoing; Developing and maintaining legal department and corporate policies and procedures, with emphasis on contracts; Managing projects for the legal department; Maintaining and managing the electronic filing system for legal documents. Must have prior experience in corporate department of law firm or with in-house legal department. Should have working knowledge of legal concepts and agreements; contract management systems. Must have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Should have 5+ years contracting (including drafting and negotiating), paralegal, or related experience.
