ProfileContract Manager The candidate will be focused on contract drafting, supplier negotiations, and contract administration activities across a wide range of potential products and services. Will be required to lead the end to end contracting process and associated cross functional team including: business, legal and risk stakeholders, optimizing commercial terms, risk exposure and business outcomes. Responsible for managing the end to end contracting process for assigned projects, including the (i) establishment of the cross-functional project team, (ii) completion of all required third-party due diligence, (iii) coordinating with legal regarding contractual templates / drafting and negotiation of the terms and conditions, (iv) coordinating with Sourcing managers regarding commercial benchmarks and negotiation strategy, (v) compilation and routing of contract packages for execution, and (v) ongoing administration of the contracts. Prepare and negotiate master services and purchase agreements, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, subcontract agreements, etc. in accordance with corporate policies and other business and industrywide requirements. Assure quality and timeliness of work product, and satisfaction of all internal and external client contract requirements. Provide contract administration leadership, working with internal and external clients, to meet shifting requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Respond in an informed and timely fashion to questions and requests for assistance, demonstrating appropriate sense of urgency when answering internal and external client requests. Required to develop a strong knowledge of firm’s policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end to end contracting process. Responsible for educating business stakeholders on the end to end contracting process, including the establishment of project plans with clearly defined roles / responsibilities, milestones and timelines. Required to proactively develop and maintain relationships with key Business stakeholders to define needs / requirements, develop action plans, and ensure business objectives are met. Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements to the end-to-end contracting process; identifying opportunities to increase efficiency while maintaining / improving quality, controls and stakeholder experience.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Must have 10+ years of experience in contract drafting/contract management. Previous Legal or Paralegal background is preferred. Profound English communication and writing skills is required. Strong project management experience; effectively organize and manage multiple tasks is essential.
