Sales Administrator The candidate will support the sales representative on all aspects of the entire sales cycles. Will be responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative produce information, performs daily clerical and office maintenance tasks, such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotation and process documents. Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers. Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments. Provide assistance for intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments. Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating returns. Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects. Produce daily reports for clients. Be back-up for the supervisor and team members. Additional duties per supervisors requests. Must have BA/BS and paralegal certificate or combination of paralegal certificate and relevant experience. Should have college degree or equivalent work experience. Must have experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders. Should possesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/E-mail, verbal, presentation – these will be closely evaluated skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies. Must have experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly.
