Corporate Paralegal Duties: Provide support to Stitch Fix's attorneys in a variety of legal, corporate, contract and intellectual property matters. Coordinate all aspects of contract management, including routing for signature, distribution, and development and maintenance of contracts database. Assist with management of stock option plan, including inputting stock option data, distributing grants, assisting employees exercise options and answering employee questions about stock options. Maintain corporate minute books and related records, as well as prepare meeting minutes from the Board and its committees. Assist with the management of the company's subsidiaries. Manage corporate and tax filings with state, local and other governmental agencies. Support strategic transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, closing mechanics and post-closing integration and administration. Assist in managing legal budget by tracking expenditures, supervise approvals of outside legal bills; prepare purchase orders. Conduct legal research under the supervision of attorneys. Coordinate with outside counsel and auditors, as needed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, with 5+ years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or a corporate legal department. Stock administration experience, preferably from in-house legal experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, and track and follow up on projects. Collaborative team player and have partnered with with internal and external contacts at all levels. Ability to work independently, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high pressure situations and take initiative where appropriate. Customer service focus and flexibility. Must be comfortable in a fast paced, casual environment. Managed highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity. Fluent with G Suite, Microsoft Office and equity management tools.
