Corporate Paralegal/Contracts Manager Responsibilities: Review, revise, negotiate, and manage contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements. Work with internal teams and third parties during contract negotiations, acting as a key contact for the legal team. Manage contract lifecycle for a variety of contract types, from providing forms through signature. Assist with and improve contracts management process and system, as well as implementation of contract policies. Support in-house counsel on corporate and compliance initiatives and projects. Maintain a library of form documents, contract clauses, templates, and historical documents, and add or revise as needed. Maintain and ensure internal access to a repository of regulatory and compliance materials. Assist Compliance Team with disseminating regulatory and compliance information across company.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: BS or BA from accredited university required. 5+ years of paralegal experience (including managing, drafting, and negotiating contracts) at either a large firm or in-house legal department (in-house experience at a tech company is a plus). Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize amongst competing objectives, and take initiative where appropriate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of the company. Ability to work in a start-up environment: flexible, adaptable, self-starter, resourceful.
