Senior Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will organize and analyze information. Will perform factual, legal and records research. Prepares correspondence and written reports. Reviews and monitors legal regulations; identifies relevant statutes and regulations, judicial decisions, and other pertinent legal materials. Analyzes legal developments. Checks documents and legal forms for accuracy. Organizes and maintains reference files. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree. Required License(s) or Certifications in Paralegal certification – Preferred. Must have advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Must have 5+ years of prior relevant experience. Strong analytical and research skills is required. Must have understanding of legal principles and terminology. Thorough knowledge of legal research techniques is required. Strong oral and written communication skills is required. Excellent planning and organizational skills is required. Must have strong computer skills, conversant with Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
