Executive Legal Assistant Duties: Will provide direct support for the legal team, assist with litigation, trademark matters, contracts, and bequests, as needed. Will also manage, support, and organize the department workload and oversee budget administration. Specific duties include maintaining organizational documents, spreadsheets, and general files, as well as assisting with internal and external communications, conducting legal research, and create and submit expense reports and check requests. Will also monitor the relevant communities on Goodwill’s Intranet, and post contributing department articles and blogs.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications :A Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must possess 1 year of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience in the area of project management and department support. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior data retrieval, analytical, and budget organization skills are required. Ideal candidates will possess critical thinking skills and willingness to learn new systems and applications. Proficiency with all MS Office Professional Tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is also a must.
