Paralegal - Contracts Administrator Responsibilities: Draft and manage a variety of contracts including Master Services Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, etc. related to the pharmaceutical industry. Assist attorneys and other team members with monitoring and tracking of commercial contracts from inception to execution. Communicate with internal business partners, external vendors, and legal counsel throughout the contract lifecycle. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the contract database.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment required. Contract management experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with emphasis on proofreading/editing documents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
