ProfileQuality Assurance Analyst The candidate will plan testing procedures, determine sample size, and determine extent of testing and content. Will test contract preparation and execution tasks, documents, templates, systems, reports, and procedures. Prepare prescribed quality assurance documentation that records and summarizes the data resulting from the documents reviewed. Quantify results and review with Contract Team and Management to determine implications and remediation plans if necessary based on QA findings. Define and manage projects with business partners to ensure document quality and customer satisfaction results. Provide guidance and project management as the subject matter expert (SME) in document production and delivery of assigned customer projects. Participate and lead, as needed, in meetings and conference calls with internal Crown Castle departments including Sales, Contract Management and Relations, Assets, Property Management, Real Estate and Legal. Identify performance gaps, trends, and document enhancements of business processes, that improve customer interactions, training, procedures and/or system enhancements. Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials on procedural recommendations resulting from the QA findings. Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials for specific customer projects, contract nuances, and specialized templates with support from the Contract Management Team. Develop, deliver, and maintain general training in the format of individual sessions, classroom settings, workshops, etc. to the Contracts Team and internal Area/Department partners. High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Paralegal certification is preferred. Should have 3+ years of paralegal or related contract development/quality experience. Audit or Quality Control experience a plus. Excellent communication skill is needed. Excellent PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office, project management software and database information retrieval is needed.
