Real Estate / Transactional Paralegal The candidate must have strong transactional experience with commercial real estate, timeshare, condominium and related corporate work. Primary responsibilities include coordinating and preparing timeshare and condominium registrations and filings; reviewing, analyzing, coordinating and preparing real estate documents, instruments to acquisitions, loans, regulatory applications, and title and survey matters; researching and analyzing various state laws affecting developers; completing entity formations; preparing and electronically filing UCC forms; electronically recording documents with Simplifile; producing title commitments, policies, endorsements and computing, filing and maintaining corporate documentation with the Florida Department of State; coordinating and attending real estate closings; maintaining electronic client files; and managing real estate post-closing documentation, ensuring accurate records are retained. A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal designation preferred. 3+ years of work experience as a Florida Paralegal is required. (Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree). Should be proficient in MS Office and Simplifile.
