Administrative Assistant/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Manage workflow by ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. Draft documents and letters from existing templates. Generate and transcribe client correspondence, memo, emails and reports as needed. Manage firm’s technology and equipment. Assist with accounting and billing. Manage office supply and inventory. Meet and deal with clients, client consultants, and client file management. Administer office scheduling, client calls, scheduling and email correspondence. Coordinate calendars for appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in MS Office 2010 with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Exceptional communication skills. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
