Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: The candidate shall manage preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Successful candidates will have superb writing skills with proven attention-to-deal, specifically impeccable spelling and grammar. Our Immigration Paralegals work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals but will be expected to work independently as well. Our paralegals handle are responsible for informing their team of attorneys and senior paralegals of upcoming deadlines specific to their clients’ immigration cases.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: The candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred but not required. 2-3+ years of experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group is preferred. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
