Litigation Support Project Manager The candidate will be responsible for managing technology and processes in support of litigation matters by providing consultative support and technical assistance for managing, developing, designing, implementing and maintaining various litigation support platforms provided by the firm, as well as various software as a service solutions. Will report to the CIO. Responsibilities: Managing multiple electronic document review projects as the primary point of contact between attorneys and vendors. Design of the review workflow and protocol tailored to the attorney’s requirements. Managing temporary attorney review teams, and assume responsibility and accountability for all elements of first pass review and quality control processes. Managing and allocating resources to ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and within the expected budget. Providing eDiscovery consulting, including knowledge of ESI protocols and relevant Federal Rules. Knowledge of data collections and project and vendor management, analytics and technology assisted review (TAR). Assisting with performing all database administrative functions associated with the use and implementation of case review tools, particularly Relativity, CaseMap and TimeMap. Assisting legal teams with litigation document analysis, eDiscovery data management and providing technical support and training to all legal team members using Litigation Support applications. Assisting legal teams with trial support, including trial preparations using Trial Director.

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant major is required. Should have 5 years of relevant eDiscovery experience, including knowledge of analytics, technology assisted review (TAR), data collections and vendor management is required. Litigation paralegal experience is desirable. Must be able to travel to other firm offices, client sites and trial sites when needed. Exceptionally strong communication, organization and project management skills are required. Strong writing ability and ability to interface with in-house counsel and law firm attorneys. Knowledge of IPRO Eclipse is a plus. Should be able to learn and assimilate the latest technical skills. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
