Office Manager/Legal Assistant The candidate will report to partner in charge of office and Executive Director. Additional responsibilities will include creating, revising and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, as well as processing medical authorizations, while working with multiple attorneys. Must have 3+ years of litigation assistant experience, preferably insurance defense and commercial litigation, strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Prior management experience, be people oriented and able to effectively supervise office staff and day to day operations. Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, and strong attention to detailed required.
