ProfileZone Contract Leader, Commercial The candidate will use business and legal judgment to structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including transactional customer sales contracts, contract amendments, purchase and sale agreements with strategic and key customers and group purchase organizations, and consulting agreements as well as respond to customer request for proposals (RFPs). Will draft, review/edit, and negotiate strategic and transactional customer agreements such as: customer sales contracts, amendments, contract renewals and expansions, and customer requests for proposal. Review and approve higher risk terms per existing Delegation of Authority. Manage contract clause libraries and contract databases. Advise sales and business teams on agreement structure and alternatives. Manage the contract approval process to meet/exceed business cycle time requirements. Lead lean and process improvement efforts to support achievement of business objectives. Must have Paralegal certification with 3-5 years of experience or contract administrator with 5+ years of experience. J.D. degree is preferred. Prior experience with contract drafting and negotiation and customer/client interaction and relationships is an asset. Experience of the Healthcare industry and previous exposure to medical industry regulations (FDA, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback) is a plus.
