Litigation - Foreclosure (Lender-side)
Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Provide litigation support to assigned attorneys (organization, document retrieval, document review, proofreading, cite checking, deposition and trial preparation). Electronically file documents in the Federal Circuit, district courts, and with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Provide administrative and client development support to the team. And other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Should preferably have litigation experience and be detail oriented. Exceptional organization and communication skills are must. Knowledge of IP litigation or experience working with IPR, PTAB or TTAB proceedings before the United States is a plus. Paralegal certification and Bachelor's degree preferred. Competency with PACER, Microsoft Office products, Xera or Summation (or equivalent), Trial Director (or equivalent), Adobe Professional, and electronic research programs (e.g., Westlaw) is required.
