Paralegal - Social Security Disability The candidate will participate with all aspects of case development, file management, prepare files for hearings, schedule hearings, answer phones, and heavy client contact. Will have extensive client contact/communications. Assist clients with paperwork all throughout the Social Security Disability process. Assist attorneys with pre-hearing case preparation. Have frequent communication with Social Security offices, clients, and medical providers. Review and analyze cases to ensure sufficiency of evidence or documentation, and to ensure that cases are ready for hearing. Develop a strong understanding of the Social Security Disability process. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred. Should have strong oral and written communication skills.
