Qualifications: 3+ years of Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience required. Notary certification or ability to become a Notary; Conscientious, willing to learn and take instruction; Ability to multitask and set priorities while meeting deadlines; Excellent grammar and writing skills; Articulate, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills; and Advanced PC skills in MS Operating System, Adobe, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, and timekeeping software.
