Paralegal Responsibilities: Prepare standard contracts for worldwide distributors; confidentiality agreements; consulting agreements; restricted stock agreements; Powers of Attorney and other documents. Manage contract life cycles, including execution, extension, renewals and terminations, and maintain database containing all contractual agreements. Correspond with international offices and sales representatives. Renew state and international registration filings. Maintain and update minute books. Enter matters into Legal Tracker and submit legal invoices for payment. Assist with acquisitions and prepare closing binders. Maintain master lists of owned/leased properties and stock ownership. Review Business Associate Agreements. Review marketing materials for proper trademark usage. Provide support to the company’s Medical legal team.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: College Degree and Paralegal certificate desired. Knowledge of docketing using CPI or similar docketing system. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Ability to build relationships with internal clients and Legal Department personnel is critical. Knowledge of Legal Tracker or other web-based e-billing systems helpful.
