ProfileParalegal The candidate will have direct interaction with Corporate Secretary, Chair of the Boards of Director, Directors and Committee Members, CEO, and other members of the Executive Committee while providing paralegal and administrative support. Maintaining legal and permanent records relating to the formation of corporate entities, production and maintenance of board materials, experience with the logistics of planning meetings. Provide administrative support to the General Counsel, Secretary and Treasurer and the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree. Paralegal Certification, plus 5-8 years’ experience in Corporate Governance. Understanding of legal entity structures. Excellent PC skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft and Adobe-based software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of detail orientation and the ability to flourish in a high paced environment.
