Foreclosure Document Auditor The candidate ensures all foreclosure documents are prepared in a correct manner for the appropriate execution by the signer and notary. Review foreclosure documents to verify correct verbiage, accurate dates and facts. Ensure printed backup documents (note, mortgage, assignment, print screens, corporate resolution, and prior recorded foreclosure documents) are consistent with the source foreclosure documents being prep for signature for signer and notary. Make sure no errors are in source foreclosure document. Confirm corporate resolution identifies appropriate signer for signature. Pass back to processor once review is completed. Update daily log indicating complete assignment. Assist Team Lead and/or Supervisor with training. Perform all other responsibilities and duties deemed other duties as assigned. Maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere within the department. Should have basic Excel and Outlook skills.
