Analyst for Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Duties: To analyze, research, problem solve and timely resolve complex foreclosure/bankruptcy processes and client/ customer issues, via written correspondence, email, website, telephone calls and tasks. Research items on various reports and resolve issues with hands on approach to expedite the foreclosure process by working with various departments, agencies, attorneys or vendors. Research and respond to investor concerns about the foreclosure/bankruptcy action in a detailed and complete manner to address and resolve issues. Act as the department's liaison for clients, or client's issues from other departments, with loan level issues. Document the servicing system by using tasks or the default workstation and/or spreadsheets requested by our clients. Follow-up on all issues, distributed within the department to ensure timely resolutions of issues or replies to our clients. Provide written confirmation to the clients, or mortgagors, on completion of research needed or requested. Assist the Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Specialist with projects needed and or duties as assigned. Performs general office duties, including keyboard, filing, copying, faxing or answering the telephone. Assist in maintaining the well being of the Mortgage Disposition Department by aiding in areas that may be understaffed or in need of assistance.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Knowledge of Bankruptcy and/or Foreclosure processes. Intermediate to Advance Excel skills. Must have excellent analytical and research experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well in a fast paced environment. Self-motivated, works well without direct supervision as well as with a team. Paralegal skills would be an extra plus or the ability to read legal documents.
