Litigation Paralegal (Labor and Employment) Responsibilities: Prepare litigation documents, including discovery, motion and trial documents. Organize and maintain case materials using traditional and electronic document management systems. Conduct research and gather information using general and legal research tools. Assist attorneys with local court proceedings, coordinating service of process and court filings. Provide ancillary support for electronic filing in CM/ECF and NYSFBEM. Other responsibilities as client needs dictate.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or appropriate job related experience. 3+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal. Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court structure and court rules and regulations. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients, deals with urgent client needs, and work under tight deadlines.
