Litigation Paralegal The candidate will cover a busy and engaging litigation desk. Specific day to day responsibilities will include working directly with clients, initial drafts of pleadings and discovery responses, research as well as interacting with and filing legal documents with State and Federal courts. Bachelor's degree is required. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is needed. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Should have experience working as a business litigation paralegal. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, the Abacus calendaring system, Timeslips, and Westlaw is expected. Strong analytical and writing skills are needed. Strong Word and Excel skills are a must.
