ProfileFront Desk Coordinator/Legal Assistant The candidate will coordinate all front desk related systems, assist with marketing projects, help both the mortgage litigation and the insurance litigation teams, and work with all members of the Firm. Coordinate all inbound phone, mail, and walk-in activity. Host and coordinate depositions, training and marking events. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Front Desk. Direct Incoming Calls. Retrieve, sort & distribute incoming mail. Draft/Send Pre-Suit correspondences. Manage/update marketing lists. Draft or send Client correspondences. Update HubSpot's CRM and Marketing. Maintain Kitchen area. Handle personal or administrative duties for Partners. Complete additional administrative duties for staff as needed.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Experience at a front desk, retail, or customer support for legal, real estate, or related industries is a plus. Bi-lingual/Spanish a plus. Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Able to problem solve and accept new responsibilities. Able to successfully communicate with people. Friendly, attractive personality, and effective communicator. Have intermediate computers skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, web). Have a willing attitude, ready to help any team member as needed. Flexible and adaptive to changing policies and procedures. Must have a positive and winsome approach which helps prepare them for stressful situations which can arise in the practice of law, while also having practical experience that comes from working in a customer-facing position.
