Should have 3+ years of experience as Legal Assistant in Family Law. Word Perfect (Current Word Perfect Experience) Family Law Litigation and Discovery (DPA) Litigation Discovery Due Dates and Deadlines, Trial Preparation Case Management Experience is essential. DPA program is a plus (able to do a detailed Financial Affidavits and Child Support Guidelines). Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills is essential. Proficient in Word Perfect is essential. Must know Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, rules of civil Procedure and Broward Family Court. Keyboard skills of 65+ WPM is essential. Florida Notary Public license or certification is essential.
