District Administrator The candidate: Performs duties necessary to achieve statutory compliance for the above mentioned governmental entities, including creating and filing of annual reports, letters to oversight agencies, compliance with SDA and DoLA regulations, and coordination with accounting and management team to file annual budget related documents. Ability to prepare, compile, and distribute, with the assistance of the manager/engagement director/principal, board packets and minutes to serve regular and special board meetings. Ability to multi task and work with several clients at the same time in an ongoing manner. Responsible for transcribing minutes from both audio and written format. Ability to schedule meetings with multiple parties and calendar effectively. Filing, records management, and board meeting follow up also necessary. Must have 3+ years of administrative experience in office management and public administration or law firm representing public entities or special districts. High school diploma, or equivalent required. Paralegal certification a plus.
