ProfileLand Representative III The candidate will assist on enforcement, Protection, Maintenance and Enhancement of Company Property Rights. Will assist in easement, Fee and Lease Acquisitions, and Renewals of Existing Agreements. Due Diligence Research. Document Data Entry and Maintenance of Records. Asset Management, Assignment, Divestiture, and Acquisition. Preparation and execution of agreements. Research and Explain Easement and Property Rights. Establish and maintain long term landowner relations. Title research and ownership verification.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in related fields such as land management or business administration, or equivalent experience in a related field. Must have 3+ years’ experience in related areas of right-of-way or land functions, including direct acquisition and damage settlements experience. Land Contract preparation and interpretation experience is required. Must have Law degree or paralegal certificate. Successful completion of at least 1 approved IRWA or other comparable courses is required. Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office (including Access Database), Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products. Must possess the ability to manage multiple complex projects with a high level of customer satisfaction. Experience in Midstream pipeline industry strongly preferred. Knowledge of Natural Gas Exploration and Production, gathering, and transmission is required.
