Provides administrative and clerical support to one or more attorneys and the Office Supervisor. Prepares correspondence and simple to moderately complex legal documents. Schedules medical appointments. Proofreads documents for spelling and grammar. Organizes and maintains files. Screens telephone calls and visitors. Reads and responds to mail. Must have 3+ years of workers' compensation experience. Should have High school diploma or equivalent. ABA-approved paralegal certificate OR Bachelor's Degree. MS Word proficiency and type 50 wpm is needed.
