Paralegal, Real Estate and Lease Administration Responsibilities of the candidate includes: Abstract lease agreements with accuracy; Initiate repair and maintenance requests and determine responsibility of same; Responsible for setting up utility services and track globally; Maintain physical and electronic lease document storage system; Partner closely with internal Tesla departments, inter-office partners Finance, Facilities, Legal and Tax; Initiate vendor and landlord set-up and partner with Finance; Initiate lease required insurance certificates and track compliance; Strong eye for detail, descriptions and process; Effective communicator, verbal & written.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should hold Associates degree or higher in relevant area of study and/or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability. Should have 2 years experience in a fast paced, detail orientated and team environment, preferably having commercial real estate experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision. International experience beneficial. Demonstrated excellent clerical, writing and editing skills, and strong organizational skills.
