Spanish Bilingual Dispute Resolution Specialist Duties: Responding to customer claims in both Spanish and English – verbal and written. Investigate customer claims, gather necessary information/documentation (e.g., technical reports, warranty history, repair orders, purchase and other documents). Increase customer satisfaction by quickly resolving dispute claims. Ensure compliance with federal and state consumer laws. Collaborate and work with other automotive business partners. Make decisions based on review and evaluation of liability and risk. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer settlement payments.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Paralegal Certificate. Experience in customer service. Spanish Bilingual - strong bilingual skills (speaking, reading and writing). Knowledge of dispute resolution methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Computer, online resource navigation and Microsoft Office proficiency. Must demonstrate the ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced work environment and to work well both within a team and independently. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, process-oriented results and professional demeanor.
