Executive Administrator - Finance/Accounting Duties: Provide direct support to our Finance, Accounting and Legal Departments. Manages schedules, arranges appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. and performs a broad range of administrative tasks. May prepare confidential correspondence and maintain confidential files as well as perform other high level secretarial functions. Utilize in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures to effectively support the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Handle details in a confidential and critical nature. Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Prepare presentation materials for high level internal and external meetings. Manage our corporate travel policy, including auditing compliance to policy, managing corporate travel system, and revisions to the corporate travel policy. Manage local travel relationships and negotiating associated contracts. Participate in corporate event management including building partnerships, full event logistical coordination, leading an event team and managing to a budget. Preparation of legal documents. Additional project work as needed. Other duties as required.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered. 3+ years of administrative support or paralegal experience required. 2+ years of external corporate relationship management experience required. Experience in the finance, accounting or legal industry is highly preferred. Previous experience supporting Finance and Accounting is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must as this individual will assist with pulling together spreadsheets and presentations for department and executive level meetings. High attention to detail and out of this world written and verbal communication skills.
