Litigation Paralegal Duties: Organize case files and documents; Obtain, analyze and summarize medical records; Utilize social media to conduct research and investigations; Prepare deposition, exhibit and trial binders; Case tracking/docketing in both state and federal courts in multiple states; Interact with firm personnel, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel; Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases; Perform legal research.

Qualifications: A minimum of a 4-year college degree or work experience equivalent; 1-3 years of litigation experience at a law firm as a paralegal required (with experience analyzing medical records preferred); Outstanding organizational skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Strong analytical skills; Document management technology experience preferred; Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook; Experience with Lexis, Concordance and Summation preferred, but not required; Self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks for multiple attorneys.
