Contracts Administrator / Paralegal The candidate will maintain contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures, as well as providing ongoing assistance internally in the administration of contractual agreements. Will maintain contract files and records; preparing status reports; and reconciling differences. Provide administrative support to the Legal Department. Responsible for facilitating the approval process of all contract documents, including physician agreements, from pre-contract through post-signature phases. Administers and maintains the electronic contract management database. Serves as primary contact with the electronic contract management database on systems issues. Develop and maintain processes that provide timely notification of critical customer contract events (i.e. renewals, termination and due dates contained within the agreements). File, retrieve, scan, and maintain contract files. Draft standard contracts from approved templates. Ensure compliance with legal department requirements. Prepare credentialing and regulatory documents. Assist in due diligence (acquisitions/transactions) projects. Work cooperatively with department managers, Company executives, and third party vendors. Draft correspondence, scheduling, filing and research as required. Implement, coordinate, contribute and assist with other projects as assigned. Reports directly to the Company’s General Counsel . Should have 3-5 years of experience as a contract paralegal. Preferred Associates Degree or Higher, with course work in Business Administration is needed. Experience with contract management tools, templates, methods and processes is helpful. Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
